Agrochemical application control is where both treatment effectiveness and safety and compliance are decided. A badly recorded dose, a pre-harvest interval that was not respected or an application without evidence can be costly: rejected produce, penalties or risk to people.
The problem in the field is not knowing what to check — it is making sure the application gets recorded with its traceability: which product, what dose, in which block and who carried it out.
