Irrigation inspection checklist
Control of irrigation systems: source, pumping, distribution network and emitters. Catches leaks, blockages and badly irrigated blocks before losing water or crop.
Irrigation is one of those systems where a small fault is paid for dearly: an undetected leak, a blocked filter or a badly irrigated block translate into wasted water and stressed crop. And often the problem is not visible until the damage is done.
A routine inspection — walking the source, the network and the emitters — catches those faults in time. The key is that it gets recorded, with the location and a photo of what was found.
