Safety in farm operations usually fails through the everyday: a guard that was removed and never put back, a worker without the right PPE, an agrochemical badly stored. None of them looks serious on its own — until the preventable accident happens.
A routine safety review closes those gaps, and — just as importantly — leaves evidence that it was done. When inspectors come or an incident occurs, being able to show the operation was checked is what makes the difference.
