Cleaning service verification checklist
Verification with photo evidence that the cleaning service was delivered as contracted, in the field and even with no signal.
In outsourced cleaning services, the problem is usually not that cleaning does not happen, but proving that it did. The client complains that a toilet was left dirty, and without a record it is one person’s word against another’s. When the monthly contract review comes round, there is no way to show the frequencies were met day by day.
Verification with photo evidence changes that conversation. Every area is backed by before-and-after photos, a time and an owner. That protects both the service provider — to defend their work — and the client, who can demand compliance with data rather than impressions.
Cleaning contracts also tend to include penalties for missed frequencies or unreplenished supplies. An orderly record avoids unfair deductions and, when the failure is real, lets you fix it before it escalates into a formal complaint.
How to use it with CaptaLog
Copy the template to your account and the supervisor completes it walking the site from their phone, even with no signal — common in basements, warehouses or work sites. Every non-conforming item is marked with a photo and becomes an action assigned to the operative or the shift, with a committed date. On closing the walk you have a traceable report to back you up with the client and for the contract meeting.

A real section of the free PDF — the template itself is in Spanish. Every item is answered Conforme, No conforme or N/A, on paper or from your phone, with or without signal.
