Can I start for free?
Yes. The Basic plan costs $0 and includes up to 3 seats, 10 forms and offline operation. Sign up, digitize your first inspection, and upgrade only when your team needs it.
What does it mean that client and guest seats are free?
You only pay for your team's seats. You can invite your clients to see progress, evidence and reports at no extra cost, on any plan.
Does CaptaLog work offline on every plan?
Yes, on all of them. Offline operation is part of the product, not an add-on: record inspections, tasks and incidents where there is no signal, and everything syncs when the connection returns.
How is the Professional plan billed?
Per seat on your team, billed monthly or annually — the annual plan equals two months free. It includes everything in Basic plus unlimited forms, 500 GB of storage, API integrations and priority support.
How does Enterprise custom pricing work?
It is tailored to your organization: seat volume, Single Sign On, IoT monitoring, automations and SLA-backed support. Book a demo and we will prepare a proposal with you.
What currencies are prices listed in?
